讲座摘要：在学术期刊上发表论文对青年研究人员意义重大。在本次交流中，我们会针对物理类相关期刊，分享如何选在种类繁多的期刊中选择合适的期刊，介绍投稿流程，讨论在投稿过程中需要注意的问题，如何应对审稿人的意见，如何和期刊主编、编辑沟通交流等方面。同时，我们也会分享期刊近期的新措施，帮助作者和投稿人更便捷的发表文章。
主讲人简介：王百桦，英国物理学会出版社（IOP Publishing）中国区高级出版人，负责合作期刊和国内合作伙伴的联系，以及出版社旗下期刊Nanotechnology, 2D Materials, Journal of Physics D: Applied Physics, Journal of Physics: Condensed Matter等期刊在国内的发展。在加入英国物理学会出版社之前，百桦曾经在Elsevier，高等教育出版社、De Gruyter从事科技期刊和学术专著的管理和发展工作。
Title: Top tips on writing a paper and getting it published

Abstract: The talk is about how to increase the chance of your submissions being accepted from the viewpoint of Publisher. It will start from an introduction on journals and motivation for researchers to publish, then move on to how to select journal for your work, and various considerations in structuring and writing the article with tips and examples given. Peer review process and how to respond to reviewers’ comments will also be covered, and we will conclude by publication ethics and promotion of your published work. The discussing session will be joint by Elaine Tham, Associate Director, APAC and Partners from IOP publishing.
Biography: Baihua Wang serves as Senior Publisher, Greater China in IOP Publishing and she is responsible for the development of IOP’s journal publishing programme in China. She did her undergraduate in Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics from 2003 to 2007 and continued with master study in Institute of Zoology, Chinese Academy of Science in mathematical biology from 2007 to 2010. Prior to joining IOP Publishing in 2016, she previously worked at Elsevier, Higher Education Press and De Gruyter with experiences in journals, monographs and textbooks in environmental science, physics and materials.
